The ‘Nanobot’ 3D animation visualizes a popular nanotechnology concept. It was designed as an immersive experience using dome (fisheye) projection. The animation has been used in TV programs including the ABC’s 7:30 Report. Parts of this animation were used in the “Nano-Engineering” section of the ABC’s Catalyst, 29/8/2011.
The nanobot was also used in the “Virtual Room” exhibition at Melbourne Museum.
